Tenomichi's 4 million customers to receive major new video editing software update for free.

Tenomichi announced today the release of 3D Edit Gold V4 Service Pack 1 with over 50 new features and enhancements. This free automatic update to its real-time video editor is now available for all it's existing Gold customers and a separate Service Pack will be available for it's Silver customers.

 
Tenomichi has extended the capability for Windows XP and Windows Vista to edit video in real-time. There are so many extra features in our Service Pack it's like getting an upgrade for free. There is still no other editing system that can compete with 3D Edit's true real-time video editing, special effects and price".
 

Unlike other video editors, 3D Edit uses your PC's graphics chip (GPU) to enable On Chip Rendering. The result is that raw video files with full screen effects and at full resolution can be edited in real-time. A free version of 3D Edit is available from http://www.tenomichi.com

• Full timeline editing which enables you to edit your project and add effects directly in the timeline and improves your workflow. 

• 16 video tracks with HD capability. 

• 44 audio tracks enabling .wav and mp3 to simply be dragged onto the timeline. 

• Updated video processing with extended HD support enabling you to edit and create MP4 video at full HD resolution including 720p, 1080p. 

• Dual and Quad CPU core support enable you to get the maximum from these new hardware technologies. 

• Improved capture capabilities making DV capture a cinch. Your video is automatically divided into virtual scenes to make it easier to edit. You can add effects and cut your video to your hearts content because you never affect the original captured video. 

• Improved hard drive efficiency and lifespan. Unlike other video editors that create a host of files on your hard drive with each video clip requiring a separate file, 3D Edit creates just one captured file. This reduces the chance of your hard drive fragmenting and thus improves your PC speed. 

• Automatic backup saves your work in the background leaving you more time to create without interrupting your workflow.

•  Shaderman Pro, 3D Edit's special effects generator, is now integrated directly into the timeline. Special effects can be added and monitored in real time directly in the timeline. The addition of a delete shader button helps you manage complex multi shader effects. 

• New "ShowMe" Tutorials walk you through the latest features and show you step by step how to use 3D Edit's features. This is like looking over the shoulder of your very own person from customer support as they demonstrate and talk you through how to use the program.
